Vini Ridge at Hidden Tree | Custom Home Overview
Imagine walking to your car from the office and after about 10 minutes in traffic being seated on your deck looking into the woods, not a neighbor to be seen, enjoying a glass of your favorite wine and unwinding after a long day. Well, this executive couple imagined it and made it happen with their new custom home.
VINI RIDGE AT HIDDEN TREE | CUSTOM HOME FEATURES
The basic floor plan for this custom built home was one I designed a few years ago that my clients lived in and enjoyed. We took features of that existing house and incorporated them into their new plan with some added features. One of the new features was a wine cellar. We developed the area under the garage for the cellar and tasting area. This made an ideal space for climate control, which is quite essential for wine storage.
Family and entertaining was an important part of the design as well. The large kitchen bar, the outdoor kitchen/living area/fire pit makes for great evenings enjoying family and friends at Vini Ridge at Hidden Tree.
The custom-built wine cellar was a priority feature to incorporate into my client’s vision for their new custom home.
